Shipping and payment options
Delivery of parcels by post terminals (DPD, Omniva, LP express) usually takes 2-4 working days.
Shipping by registered mail in Lithuania usually takes about 7 working days.
Shipping by registered mail abroad may vary depending on the country to which it is sent, but the average delivery time is 1-2 weeks in the EU and about 2-4 weeks in non-EU countries.
You can pay in the most convenient way for you: e-mail. banking, Paysera, PayPal, Stripe apps. You can also pay for the order when you come to the gallery.
Returns and exchanges
Based on the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001 June 11 resolution no. 697 “Regarding the approval of retail trade rules” amendment to section 17, point 17.12 (pearls, precious stones, precious metals and articles thereof, except artificial costume jewelry (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 7101-7116, 7118); are not returned, but we always seek a compromise that the customer’s needs would be met.
If the size, style, color or other detail of the item did not suit you, the unworn item can be exchanged for another item in the gallery.
If the size of the item (ring, chain) is not suitable, the unworn item can be exchanged for another one in the gallery.
Refurbishment and maintenance of jewelry
We can renew the jewelry for you. Depending on the quantity and complexity of the items to be renewed, the price can avry between 5 and 20 Euros.
When not wearing the item, we recommend storing it in a dry place, in a separate plastic bag or box, to minimize environmental impact.
Gift card
You can purchase a gift card in the gallery’s e-shop and choose an e-mail address you would like us to send it to together with your custom message. We can also send the paper version of the gift card to an address of your choice, if needed.
You can purchase a gift card for any amount.
The validity period of the gift card is one year, but the period can be extended, if necessary.
