If the size of an item (ring, chain) is not suitable, the unworn item can be exchanged at the gallery for another.

Jewellery renewal and maintenance

We can renew or repair jewelry. Depending on the quantity and complexity of the items, the price of the services may vary:

  • The cost of repairing and renewing a broken chain or hoop is 10 EUR.
  • The cost of cleaning, bleaching, blackening and polishing jewellery (earrings, rings, chains, pendants, pins) is 10-20 EUR. per piece, depending on the style of the piece.
  • The cost of gilding a piece of gold plated jewellery is around 80-150 EUR., depending on the size of the piece (the gold plating service is carried out by Regenera, UAB, in accordance with the company’s payment rates).

Blackened silver, bleached silver and gold-plated silver jewellery can become shinier, scratchier or lighter due to contact with each other or other surfaces. It is advisable to keep them separate from each other, to avoid contact with sharp surfaces, and to protect them from shocks and other possible mechanical damage. Jewellery should also be protected from contact with chemicals, heat, salt-laden or chlorinated water. Jewellery may discolour and oxidise, especially if it is not worn or if it is stored in a humid room.
Any of the above alterations resulting from natural wear and tear shall not be considered as non-conformity quality requirements.

When not in use, we recommend that you keep the item in a dry place, in a separate plastic bag or box, to minimize exposure to the environment, especially moisture.
